Michele Carver

Being lucky enough to be born in Western North Carolina, and a native of Candler, I have a vast knowledge of the area and all that it offers! I am married and have one daughter.  Before beginning the real estate journey, I worked in a law firm for about 13 years.  That gave me a wealth of knowledge and attention to detail to bring with me.  Being self-motivated it didn’t take me long to realize I wanted to provide my clients with MORE, and that is how Southern Sky Realty was born, and built with roots on integrity-service-commitment.  I am known for going above and beyond to meet the needs of my clients and provide excellent communication so that you always understand the process you are going through!  I would love to help your real estate dream come to life!

I am a native of Western North Carolina and have always resided in Buncombe County.  I consider myself very lucky to be able to raise my 2 children in such a beautiful place.  On my down time I love spending time with my husband, boys, and our goofy dog.  We enjoy being outside hiking, swimming, vacationing or simply just hanging out in our own yard.  I would love to show you what these mountains have to offer.

Amanda Fowler

I grew up calling the mountains of WNC my home.  After I graduated high school, I jumped right into childcare, where I stayed for 12 years.  After childcare I worked in the insurance field for 6 years.  I got real estate license in 2021 and joined Southern Sky Realty.  I am engaged to my best friend and together we have 3 wonderful children.  I try to be better today than I was yesterday to show my children that no matter what life throws at them, keep pushing to be the bests they can be.  I am by nature a people pleaser and a problem solver.  I am dedicated to helping my clients through the entire process.  So, if you are in the market to buy or sale, please reach out, I would love to be in your corner!

Jordan Liner

I have lived in Western North Carolina my whole life. I have learned to know and love the area very well. I grew up traveling around many of the mountain towns and cities in WNC and the surrounding area. I enjoyed exploring the region and taking in all that it had to offer. I also grew up surrounded by many family members and friends in the real estate industry. That really sparked my interest into becoming a licensed realtor. I started out doing real estate photography and drone services before deciding to take the next step into joining the real estate industry.
