Pre-Approval
The pre-approval process is not as difficult as you may think. Your agent can recommend you to a trusted lending partner.

Offers
There are several factors to an offer with many negotiables. Your agent will walk you through the process
Contract
Once a contract is formed, the agent, lender and attorney will all work together to get you to the closing table on time.
Inspections
There are an array of inspections that can be done on your home. Your agent will help you understand the systems you have and the inspections that may be needed.
Closing

Michele Carver went above and beyond to make sure that we got into a house that satisfied our needs. She was patient as we walked through many homes over a year-long process, and she was our spokesperson as we patiently waited for a new construction in a development to get finished. We are first-time home buyers, and especially near the end when there were hiccups and delays, Michele did the hard work on things that we did not have the knowledge to handle. Every message I put out to her was answered within the hour–most often within minutes. As far as we are concerned, Michele will forever be our realtor!

In this day and age of sales folks putting forth minimal effort (and getting bogus results) Michele goes the extra mile. Communications, knowledge, and friendliness are definite strong suits. We underwent a purchase (2019) and a sale (2022) with her, and both resulted in outstanding results. I could write a thesis regarding these outstanding transactions… suffice to say we would work with her again in a heartbeat.

I lucked up coming across Michele to assist me in purchasing a new home after losing my husband. I was downsizing from a 3200 square foot house to a 2 bedroom condo. Michele eased my fears and made the entire transaction seamless. She was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy for a sale.
